Senior Account Executive EU

Job description

At Sterblue we build the central platform for infrastructure inspections. We develop the tools to capture clean data from multiple sources like drones, helicopters, smartphones or satellites. Based on that, we model disparate customer processes to organize data with one standard model. We build the interfaces and tools to provide insightful analytics. We have started with drone imagery and energy applications.


Sterblue solutions are now “combat-proven” with different customers across the world, it is now time to scale! Your main missions will be:


  • Deploy the sales strategy across the EU
  • Managing Customer journey
  • Signing contracts! Before reaching this step you will have to go through a challenging B2B enterprise sales process: customer sourcing, meeting, demonstrating, negociating, etc.
  • Representing the company brand and vision in Europe and sometimes further through start-up contests, trade shows, keynotes, etc.
  • Following up the pipeline

Requirements

We are interested in your profile for this position if:


  • You are fluent in English
  • You have at least 3 years experience in relevant fields
  • You like the challenge and you know how to be resilient
  • You have a Bachelor or higher degree with at least 2 years of experience in complex B2B sales or any other relevant experience
  • You have already elaborated and deployed strategies for complex projects
  • You know how to clearly structure and synthesise your message
  • You love human relations and you know how to be a challenger for the customer in order to transform its organisation
  • You work meticulously and autonomously. People around you don't feel the need to verify your work for quality.
  • You are fun and have a life outside of work!

The job will be located in Nantes (France) or Lisbon (Portugal), you will have the choice!
